Bio:
Patricia has been in marketing and communications for over 15 years, working with everyone from tiny local non-profits to multi-million dollar corporations. She has a mindset of servant leadership, having served on multiple boards and winning several awards along the way, including "Outstanding Communications Alumnus of the Year" (California State University Bakersfield) and "Wonderful Woman of Bakersfield" (Bakersfield Life Magazine). She believes that customer service should be focused internally as well as externally, and offers unconventional services like employee engagement and office interiors in addition to her traditional design, social media, and event planning services at PDM Creative.
